This year Virain's books are only available online from Mumbai, making ti impossible for the parents. Is all this legal? Having been admitted as EWS, why do many like him have to buy books/uniform. Not children's fault that schl got rid of EWS quota after admiting them.

Virain is a class VII EWS student at DPS International, Saket. 5 yrs ago DPS International stopped EWS quota.. students like Virain who were admitted in EWS quota continue as such. However they have to buy their books (costing thousands) and uniform. Is this legal?
