Corporate sales is a relay race. Every stakeholder handoff is its own small sale. Understand what they believe and feel, and a gatekeeper becomes your champion.
Better questions. Belief alignment. Held attention. That's what changes how a sales call ends, not always a sharper pitch.
Because a pitch speaks to logic. Better questions. Shared beliefs. Managed attention. That's what changes how a sales call ends, not always a sharper pitc
Las preguntas se vuelven lo más importante.
Busca a los rebeldes con causa.
Empieza por la cultura.

The worst thing that can happen to you as a founder isn't losing the sale.
It's walking out of the call knowing nothing more than when you walked in.
Pitch mode doesn't teach you what your prospect actually values, or what it's costing them to keep the problem unsolved.
Don't open your sales call with a thank you and a pitch.
Ask what caught their attention. Let them tell you why they're really there.
One call at a time.
We all sell something: an idea, a project, a solution, even a decision.
Selling better doesn’t always mean explaining better. Sometimes it starts with a better question.
Tomorrow: Better Questions Lead to Better Sales.
The mistake isn’t talking about price.
It’s using your logic before you understand theirs.
One question to ask your prospect can help change that:
“What would change for you if this were already solved?”
Listen. Go deeper. Then connect your value to their words, not yours
Ask what. Ask how. Use why carefully.
That’s what separates a question that uncovers your prospect’s real pain from one that could sound like an accusation.
Are you asking the right questions, or do you just think you are?

Most founders spend hours polishing their pitch and zero time polishing the questions before it.

You won't sell more because you pitch better. You'll start to sell more when you get your prospect to believe in you. How are you building trust with a stranger? Answering that question alone can change your next sales call results.

Most founders talk their way through sales calls.
Open with context. Walk the slides. Pitch the product.
And wonder why nothing moves.
What closes deals is not what you say. It's what you discover.
