@Hertz @thriftycars what kind of customer service training do you provide? My rental was broken into and the first thing the employees tell me, bring the vehicle back on full or risk being charged 12/gallon? Really?

I’m also wondering how do you not know when your pilots have reached their max flight hours? #donotflyamerican

[Le Raena Bka Queen @leraestevens]

@AmericanAir has thee worst customer service. They just canceled a flight after boarding and had no gate agents to assist with re-routing. This is horrible.

@LAFitness I went to the gym today and recognized that the images used in wall vinyls did not represent the community using the services. Are there any plans to create a more inclusive campaign for your gyms?

@DrBritWilliams I’m just thankful the tax date was changed and I have extra time to pay. I think the IRS should let me write off my blackness lol
