@VoxTelecom @Vumatel, yesterday's outage in Protea Glen and the communication around it were unacceptable.
Customers were told the issue would be resolved by a certain time, only for the deadline to keep changing. The way the community was treated felt disrespectful and dismissive.

This morning we were advised that service would be restored before 1:00 PM, and it is now 3:30 PM with no network connectivity. Could you please provide an update on the outage and the expected resolution? Additionally, will customers be reimbursed

@Eskom_SA Once again, Protea Ext31 does not have electricity with no reason provided. We have become a target of Eskom's cutoffs and load reductions on a weekly basis, while paying for a service.
