@CartrackZA scam! I am so shocked at the @CartrackZA service & traumatised at the fact that my car can be stolen & they just don’t give a damn. I had to call and follow up & if I hadn’t done so it it was as good as my bakkie not having a tracking device from @CartrackZA! #SCAM

@CartrackZA scam! The recovery warranty claim which they proudly promise to their clients is “Bullet Proved” with clauses! As a result I therefore don’t qualify for this recovery warranty claim. This is so carefully written in the contract to cover themselves! #SCAM #refund

@CartrackZA scam! I sent Chantall an email & got no response , after following up, only only I got an email stipulating @CartrackZA “general client obligation” of the contract and conveniently I did not meet any of the stipulated conditions or criteria! #scam #refund

@CartrackZA scam! I called @CartrackZA to follow up on my case & surprisingly Lerato told me my case was still open. I assume they are still “investigating”! When I asked about the warranty claim, she told me to email her colleague Chantall. #scam #Refund #scammer

@CartrackZA scam! I was told to download the @CartrackZA App to monitor that my device worked, which I did & my device worked fine until my bakkie was stolen and the tracking device was jammed! @CartrackZA devices are useless! It was jammed a minute after being stolen.#scam

@CartrackZA scam! On one occasion I called @CartrackZA to make them aware of this and I was assured that it was not an issue they’d debit again in a few days and I had always had funds in my account and it was not that they didn’t get any funds when they debited! #scam #scammer

In all the many times I called no one mentioned the recovery warranty. Every single premium was paid to @CartrackZA , 3 premiums were reversed and debited 2 days after the reversal! #scam #Refund

@CartrackZA scam! I was told I didn’t claim within 30 days of my vehicle being stolen.I missed premiums, I didn’t check the working conditions of my device every 3months & it was my responsibility to remember the Ts & Cs of my contract in a middle of a tragic event & trauma!#scam

@CartrackZA scam! I had forgotten about their recovery warranty for when they are unable to recover your vehicle. But it’s bullet proved that you don’t get it. #scam #scammer

@CartrackZA scam! Until I later requested a report to claim from the insurance. This was such a traumatic incident but not as traumatic as the scam @CartrackZA contract is! #scam

@CartrackZA scam! I called minutes, hours and days after the incident and I was just told they are working on it. Until I stopped calling and they didn’t call to reassure me they are investigating the matter. #scam

@CarTrack is a scam! My bakkie got stolen on 31/3/2021 with a tracking device from @CarTrack. The second my car was stolen I called @CarTrack and their device was jammed within a minute of being stolen and stopped working. I kept calling to check if they could recover it! #Scam
