This is the SBI Bank manager, whose customer's brother had died and he had come to withdraw money from his account!

So they've been making him run around the bank for three months, demanding money from him!

They're saying that only if he pays, he can withdraw the money from his brother's account, but no action will be taken against them!

Customers face a lot of problems when managers like these go to the bank!

They have to run around the bank just to withdraw their own money, while these people simply relax in the bank!

Action should be taken against such managers so that they think 100 times before doing this to any customer again!
