I'm 33 and I think Claude Code is melting my brain.
For 6 months straight I've had 5-6 terminals open at once, waiting on responses just to smash "enter" 90% of the time. That's the whole job now.
And it's doing something to me. A few friends and I keep circling back to the same thing in conversations: none of us feel as sharp as we used to.
Maybe it's just us. But I keep wondering how many other people in their 30s feel it too.
(And yeah: this is a me problem, how I lean on the tool, not the tool itself. Doesn't make the effect any less real.)
Google just dropped a 1-hour course on agentic engineering from scratch:
00:00 – How to build your first AI agent
08:24 – Build agent memory (short, persistent, long)
28:34 – Agentic loops, long-running AI agents
40:04 – How to build MCP (MCP vs API)
1:00:22 – Multi-agentic systems
This 1-hour watch will replace 10 paid agentic courses on the internet.
Watch it today, then read how to build a self-improving agentic system in the article below.
Anthropic engineer:
"You're not supposed to prompt Claude. You're supposed to build a system that prompts itself."
In 45 minutes she shows exactly how to build an agent that improves itself.
Most people are still doing all of this by hand.

@itzbeleking@SSDziedzorm Split ONT and separate router setup? That doesn't apply to the specific units used here (the Huawei EchoLife and OptiXstar),they are an all-in-one gateway.
All they need to do is catch the light being transmitted from the ISP and send their own pulses back.
@neurodiva_@SSDziedzorm You're right! Running it with a powerbank that supplies 5v consistently works best. usb 2.0 ports on laptops do not meet the required amperage(5v,[email protected]). USB 3.0 works okay as well (5v,[email protected]).
@itzbeleking@SSDziedzorm Imagine confidently telling someone that energy from a powerbank running a router isn't electricity. Please stop giving tech advice, you are embarrassing yourself. 🙄 not electricity.. Please read up on AC-DC and add micro-capacitors.

You can’t even properly manage government websites; most barely maintain 80% uptime, which is terrible.
We still struggle to manage our own health infrastructure effectively. There’s no efficient integrated system connecting the police, DVLA, customs, and immigration, where a reported vehicle would instantly be flagged if someone tried registering it in another region.
You can’t even properly handle SIM registration data of less than 100 million records, yet your priority is stopping me from making a small side income consulting for a private firm because I lack some certification?
Most government agencies in Ghana seem more focused on introducing needless regulations that cripple the economy while delivering very little in return.
