This morning, I received a visit from the Executive Committee of the Young Candidates Caucus (YCC). YCC is a team of young candidates - GenZ - preparing to vie for MCA positions across the region.

They walked me through the challenges young people are facing as they aspire for leadership, and the proposals of how we can assist them make this process easier. We agreed to incorporate their suggestions and some of them into our plans for 2025.

I congratulated them for stepping out of their comfort zones and wished them all the best. I also quietly challenged them to expand their leadership and ensure they incorporate ladies into the EXeCom.

The consultations continue.
