@askdavidjones Umm. Snowdon's first point on coco pops isn't a great start. Even after reducing sugar content they still have 17g per 100g. Human blood is supposed to have 4.5g of sugar per 5 liters. Even if you can stick to the 30g portion reccomendation that still going way too much.
@askdavidjones His article seems to be mainly focussed on whether the definition of UPF is precise or not. I'm not sure that's as important as the fact that our food is more and more the product of the chemistry lab and not what nature intended.
