@efc_fanservices Haven’t been able to get my son a ticket since Utd where I had to pay £60 for a junior ticket thanks to the kind hearted representative I spoke to. Got 10 credits and can’t get 1 but at west ham there’s lads there from motherwell who got tickets through Glasgow supporters club

@SportsDirectUK the customer service representative could barely put a sentence together on the email and i had to read it at least 3 times before I could understand it. Well done to all involved and congratulations on selling defective overpriced products.

@SportsDirectUK very unhelpful but really good at making it out to be my fault I’d bought a defective product. An email to customer services was little help also with your employee telling me it was in store management discretion so they couldn’t help either.

@SportsDirectUK Really disappointed with this £20 ball bought on Saturday from your Speke store. This is the result of a two hour kick about by an 8 year old. Tried to return the ball the following morning to be told can’t return as it’s been used 🤷‍♂️ the store manager was rude
