@RobertDyas as an ex retailer I’ve always had great respect for the quality and creativity of your business. Right up until today when I was charged 65p for a carrier bag. Unless 50p of that charge went towards an ecological improvement then this is clearly profiteering.!

My Business account has been frozen because I made a large deposit and I was suspected of fraud
Whilst I understand the security aspect, surely it’s the Banks job to know it’s customers and their business activity
