R170 was debited from her account, we have been trying with success to cancel this debit order, no one is willing to help, Capitec Bank not helpful neither is Clientele. Is Clientele so desperate for business to even scam pensioners. We r escalating to ombudsman now.

My elderly sister who is a pensioner was scammed by the Clientele boys who roam around malls in black and white uniforms, they took her cell number and Shoprite reward card and unknowingly registered her for something she doesn't know without her consent, month end R170 was......
