@oncor @ERCOT_ISO My neighborhood has been w/out power since 2 am Monday. We are not on city water and so have wells and a septic system—none of which are working. No water, no heat, and inoperable septic and I have yet to see anything resembling a rolling blackout. It’s a total blackout. 🥶🥲
