@virginmedia Internet rubbish, intermittent making it pointless, TV buffers on any catch up and demand.... package worthless, no answer to complaints, no telephone number to call that isn't a robot!!!

@costacrociere so Costa Pacifico has docked at Genoa but absolutely nothing being told to the onboard travellers. What’s happening? Please provide some information as my parents are elderly and very upset and distressed - communication is key here

@iglucruise My elderly parents are currently on your Rio-Genoa cruise. There is very little English info being provided on board as to how they can disembark & repatriate. The ship has been turned away from Marseilles and heading to Genoa, will they be able to disembark there?

@Costa_Press @costacrociere what about the ships that are already out there. My parents are on a ship that left Brazil a fortnight ago but has now not been able to dock and disembark anywhere. Last news was that they were travelling to Genoa. Will they be allowed to disembark there and get flights to UK?

@costacrociere my UK parents are currently on your ship docked at Marseilles. They have been refused entry and now returning to Genoa. Will they be able to dock and disembark to get rescue flights back to the UK? The ship is telling them very little and their in their 80s?
