Hundreds of thousands of removals have taken place without court interference.

Just because there are a few cases where process mistakes get highlighted in the press when they end up in a court fight does not mean courts are the problem. That is never going to go away.

The subversive aspect of the exercise is the effort to use these few anecdotal accounts of process errors amplified through the press as a basis to demand changes in policy.

There will never be a removal system that is free of errors. Those errors should be corrected.

The errors are not a basis to demand that the removal process be abandoned -- but that is what the opposition demands.

If Lindsay Clancy is found innocent because hormones made her emotionally unstable, women better be very careful celebrating that verdict.

Because the law loves PRECEDENT.

From that day forward, every job application is going to have a new question:

“Are you currently hormonal?”

And women definitely can’t be judges. How can you decide whether somebody else is emotionally stable when your own gender just established in court that hormones can make you kill three people?

No female politicians, either. You can’t be trusted to run the country if, according to your own argument, your endocrine system occasionally takes over the government.

And custody hearings are going to change overnight.

The judge will say, “Ordinarily, children belong with their mother. However, according to the Lindsay Clancy precedent, she may be only one hormone away from a Netflix documentary. The children go with Dad.”

Dad doesn’t know their shoe sizes, the pediatrician’s name or which one is allergic to peanuts, but his testosterone has never been successfully used as an insanity defense.

Feminists spent a hundred years saying women are not hysterical, irrational creatures controlled by their biology and one defense attorney walks into court and says, “Ladies and gentlemen of the jury… have you considered the uterus?”

You cannot demand equal authority and then ask for discounted accountability.

If women want equal rights, great. But equal rights come with equal wrongs.

Two cents on the Ballroom.

Under the WH there are fortified facilities designed to protect the President from attack and facilitate continuity of Govt in case of such an attack.

The construction of a very large Ballroom directly adjacent to the WH allows the construction of any entirely new -- completely modern -- and much larger facility with the same function.

THAT is the most important aspect of the project, and the reason why interrupting construction or allowing excessive public commentary about the nature of the work being done is a national security issue.

The US has used its most advance munitions to take out hostile foreign leaders who believed they were hiding in a safe space.

49 days ago we landed in the USA to follow our country at the World Cup. We had no idea it would turn into the trip of a lifetime.

Thank you to everyone who followed along, and to all the people we met who made this journey even more special. We honestly don’t have the words to express how grateful we are for everything you did for us.

This trip exceeded every expectation we had. We came here with an open mind, wanting to experience as much of the country as possible. I still remember telling my friends on the flight to Atlanta that I hoped we’d get to meet a few locals on this trip. Now we’re flying home with friends all across the USA.

Before we came, we heard so many stereotypes and warnings about America. People told us about safety concerns, that they might check our social media at the border, and all kinds of other things. None of it matched our experience. This was probably the most welcoming country we’ve ever visited.

So if you have the chance to travel, do it. The world isn’t nearly as bad as the media often makes it seem. 99% of people are awesome!

I heard this quote somewhere during the World Cup, and I think it sums up our experience perfectly:

“If you want to hate the world, watch the news. If you want to love it, travel it.”

People in Britain keep sending me messages.

They ask me to say what they no longer dare to say themselves.

Not because they are lying.
Not because they lack evidence.
Not because they have nothing worth saying.
Because one sentence about the wrong subject can cost them their job, their reputation, their future, and sometimes even their freedom.
So British citizens quietly hand their words to a Japanese account and ask me to speak for them.

Think about how terrifying that is.

The people of a country that gave the world some of its greatest ideas about liberty now need a foreigner to say what they believe inside their own homeland.

Free speech does not disappear only when the government officially bans it.

It disappears when ordinary people begin checking the room before they speak.

When they delete the post before publishing it.

When they whisper the truth privately, then watch someone abroad shout it publicly.

That is not healthy debate.
That is not tolerance.
That is fear.

When a nation’s citizens must smuggle their opinions across its borders just to have them spoken aloud, free speech is not “under threat.”

It has already fled the country.

RE: Air Canada

So now that I’m back from my Norway cruise, there are a few travel-related stories I want to tell.

Let’s start with this: IMO, @AirCanada is by far the worst international carrier I have ever flown on. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve flown them twice; the first time was a trip years ago to Berlin where we transferred in London. They lost our bags for TWO WHOLE WEEKS. Do you know that Tesco sells virtually no clothing that fits someone who is 6’5”? The bags instead went to Milan and they were waiting on our doorstep in D.C. when we got home.

That was the first trip. Now let’s talk about the one I just took (my cruise line, Viking Ocean, booked Air Canada for us, not me—I should have said no).

I’m about to talk about Flight AC 866 on June 12, 2026, from Montreal to London.

We flew into Montreal from our home U.S. airport on Air Canada's domestic-style business class, which was just basically shoddy, rundown and depressing. As some of you know I just had major knee surgery and I had therefore requested wheelchair assistance for the transfer to the international flight. Nope, nobody there. To get to immigration was about a mile walk. I attribute the current post-op problems I am having to the fact that I had to make that walk. It was brutal, and while my knee had been recovering nicely until then, that walk set it back and I’m still suffering.

But we made it through the interminable immigration lines and boarded Flight 866 in Montreal en route to London.

Or so we thought.

Turns out, they had the wrong plane. By the “wrong plane,” I mean the WRONG PLANE. They had sold tickets for a differently configured aircraft than the one we were boarding. Guess what? It seems they didn’t even figure this out until PEOPLE ACTUALLY STARTED BOARDING. Let me say that again. The fact that they had sold tickets to the wrong type airplane was not identified until people got on board and their seat did not exist.

As a retired U.S. Army logistician I find this utterly incomprehensible. How do you make such a mistake?

Chaos ensued.

First, they stopped boarding with the plane about 25% full. (@MrsDrPublius and I got onboard before they figured it out because we had bought business class tickets.)

Then we just sat there on the plane as the minutes and hours ticked by and the pilots, ground staff and flight crew hurriedly rushed up and down the aisles looking worried. (At least we were seated. ~75% of the passengers were still in the terminal.) No one was telling us anything except that the flight was delayed because of some unspecified ticketing issues.

Then they tried this crazy thing where they made everybody stay seated and write their name and the number of the seat they were sitting in on a piece of paper and hand it in. I don’t know what they thought that would accomplish, but it was useless. It was the Keystone Kops, poutine style.

Then they made us all get off the plane.

Then they re-booked every single person’s boarding pass in the system. Laboriously. Painfully. I heard complaints that people were kicked off the flight because there was no seat for them. People who had booked business class were sent to economy because there were too few business class seats. The delay was causing mass missed connecting flights in London when/if we ever did arrive.

This was one of those international Airbus jets with ~300 passengers. I honestly thought there might be a riot in the terminal. For a while it looked like we never would fly.

Almost 6 hours later, we took off and actually did make it to London, eventually.

The next day they sent me a survey to let them know how they did. It was the worst survey I have ever written for any business in my entire life, and I separately demanded some sort of compensation for the incredible inconvenience their incompetence caused. It’s three weeks later, and they have yet to reply.

So now I’m writing this post.

You could have at least APOLOGIZED, @AirCanada. Rarely do I use this platform to complain about some personal issue with a business, but you earned it.

Maybe next time at least acknowledge to your customers that you screwed up?

They were wrong about nothing except the date.

February 23, 2026. Fairfax County, Virginia.

A 41-year-old single mother is stabbed to death at a bus stop on her way home.

The man arrested for it had been arrested before.

More than thirty times.

Read that again. Thirty.

For rape. For assault. For stabbings. For drug possession. For pickpocketing.

In more than a dozen of those arrests, the local prosecutor refused to prosecute.

This is not speculation. The county police themselves emailed the prosecutor's office, in writing, three separate times.

Their words: "It is not a question of if, but rather when he will maliciously wound (or worse) again."

The prosecutor's office did not move.

And then he stabbed a 41-year-old single mother to death at a bus stop.

This is a country where the police were begging in writing for the prosecutor to do her job, and the prosecutor would not.

She should be alive.

He had not learned to laugh.

Three generations of one family. Erased in a single afternoon.

The man arrested for it was an illegal immigrant who had already been deported once.

He came back.

A year before the killings, he was arrested for his fourth DUI.

ICE asked California to hold him.

California released him.

There is a sentence the sheriff actually said in public after this:

"It was just a DUI."

A two-week-old infant is now dead because four drunk-driving arrests, by a man who had already been deported once, was treated as "just" anything.

He should be alive.
His mother should be alive.
His grandmother should be alive.

NYC Landlord BLASTS Zohran Mamdani With Truth After Commie Rent Freeze Effects Millions | Drew Hernandez, The Gateway Pundit

A New York City landlord, Jude Jean Paul Bernard, has gone viral on IG after tearing into Mayor Zohran Mamdani and his commie voters who backed his rent‑freeze agenda, calling the policy “socialism at its best.” Mamdani had celebrated the Rent Guidelines Board’s 7–1 vote to freeze rents on both one‑ and two‑year leases for roughly one million rent‑stabilized apartments with a social‑media clip from his kitchen freezer, telling more than two million affected residents “your rent’s gonna be frozen next year.”

In his response video, Bernard opens by sarcastically trolling by congratulating renters for “doing it” and “getting the rent frozen” for the next two years, before warning that the victory is not what they think it is. “Now, that doesn’t mean that expenses have gone down,” he tells the audience, listing taxes, insurance, water and energy as costs that have not fallen even as revenues are capped by the city.

“If we were struggling to make the numbers before, I’m not sure how we’re going to fix that boiler, fix that broken elevator, and do all those things that you tenants deserve,” Bernard continues, arguing that the freeze leaves owners without cash to maintain buildings. He goes on to note that “the same city that just passed this rent freeze has also said that they will be taking distressed properties from bad landlords,” suggesting that officials are setting up a scenario where owners are first starved of income and then punished for failing to keep up with repairs. “So, you don’t have the money to fix the properties, but if we don’t fix the properties, you guys are going to take it away,” Bernard says, capping his monologue with the line, “I love it (sarcasm). Socialism at its best!”

Social media users responded all over the country by calling out the freeze as a “Marxist” and “communist” agenda and presents Bernard’s video as proof that freezing rents for more than two million residents is already backfiring on the city’s housing stock and private ownership. Bernard’s warning dovetails with broader landlord and trade‑group complaints that the freeze, while politically popular with commies, will mean deferred maintenance, more “distressed” buildings and potential foreclosures as operating costs outpace frozen rents.

Joe Rogan claims former US presidents ‘threw a lot of money’ at Spotify to remove his podcast | Adam Silverstein, New York Post

Joe Rogan has claimed that multiple former US presidents “threw a lot of money” at Spotify to remove his hit podcast over accusations he was spreading misinformation about the COVID-19 vaccine.

Rogan, 58, made the remarks while speaking with behavior expert Chase Hughes during a discussion about social media and influence on Wednesday’s episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience.”

“I’m not kissing your ass here, but you’re willing to say s–t that sounds preposterous at the beginning of something, and just make an observation that’s real,” Hughes told Rogan.

“Well, the position that I was in during the COVID thing was very unique,” Rogan replied.

“I had already — I’d gotten such a head start. I was so far ahead of them. They didn’t realize my ability to say, ‘Wait, this is — this doesn’t make any sense.’ Like, none of this makes any sense,” he said.

Rogan was accused of spreading COVID-19 misinformation during the pandemic after he suggested he would not take the vaccine if he were young and healthy. He also criticized COVID-era lockdowns.

Rogan described the pushback he faced during that period, claiming, “They tried to crush my sponsors. They organized campaigns. There was PACs (political action committees) involved.”

“Thank God I was on Spotify. And thank God Spotify is not an American company,” he added. “And also it helped that I was number one in, like, 90 countries and not number 90 in one country, you know? That helped. That helped a lot.”

“I can’t even talk about it. But there was presidents involved and former presidents involved that were contacting Spotify,” Rogan said.

“Oh yeah,” he continued. “Trying to get me removed for vaccine misinformation. Yeah. And it turned out to be right. All of it. Not a single [person] apologized.”

“Not a not a single retraction, not a single, you know, mea culpa, not a single, ‘we were wrong.’”

He revealed that he lost sponsorships during that time.

“I lost a lot, a lot during those days,” he said.

Rogan added “there was a lot of coordination” behind the effort, and said, “I don’t talk about it too much because it’s — it’s pretty — it’s pretty deep.”

“It was nuts, but it didn’t work, right? But they tried. They spent a lot of money, a lot of money.”

No specifics were provided about which former presidents he was referring to.

In 2022, Spotify faced backlash from critics who accused Rogan of spreading COVID-19 misinformation.

Musician Neil Young famously removed his catalog from Spotify in protest, saying he did not want to share a platform with Rogan.

Spotify was forced to add content advisory labels to Rogan’s podcast episodes that discussed coronavirus and COVID-19.

Daniel Ek, Spotify’s founder and CEO, addressed the controversy during an earnings call in February 2022.

“I think the important part here is that we don’t change our policies based on one creator, nor do we change it based on any media cycle,” he said.

“Our policies have been carefully written with the input from numbers of internal and external experts in this space — and I do believe they’re right for our platform.”

In the same interview with Chase Hughes, Rogan also criticized opponents of the UFC White House fight night, defending it as a nonpartisan and unprecedented patriotic event.
