Sentencing of Jeff Nelson scheduled for 1/23/25 @ 9 AM. Judge Phelps will issue rulings on defense requests for recusal and a new trial on 12/20/24 4 PM. Hearing on 12/4 included direct testimony of juror #6 regarding false accusations that judge had improper contact w/ him.
