Mitch McConnell is Chair of the powerful Rules Committee.
He looks to me like he is in Joe Biden "turnip" territory. We The People have a right to know if he is still "all there".
If his staff is making the decisions, we need to know that - and he must vacate the position.
Charlie warned in Apr 2025 that D.C. war drums were beating for regime change in Iran—a larger target than Iraq/Syria/Afghanistan combined—and it would drain depleted U.S. stockpiles, spike deficits, and risk calamity despite Trump's prior restraint.
That scenario unfolded Feb 28, 2026: U.S.-Israel strikes killed Supreme Leader Khamenei, hit nuclear/missile sites, and sparked ongoing retaliation across Gulf states, Israel, Lebanon proxies, and U.S. bases. Regional war is active, with airstrikes continuing into week 2.
His risk assessment on scale and quagmire potential has proven spot-on so far.
I am a J6er.
Entrapment happened when the doors were opened, and we were let in and given tours while feds in the crowd led the way.
Murder was committed when Michael Byrd shot an unarmed protester and Lila Morris beat another one to death.
Incitement occurred when the peaceful crowd was fired upon with flashbangs and rubber bullets to the face.
A miscarriage of justice took place when Americans were charged with assault against law enforcement for stopping cops' punches with their face.
Selective prosecution happened when prison sentences were handed down for the same charges $50 tickets were given in the past and afterwards.
It was the only Trump rally with no counter protest because ANTIFA disguised themselves as MAGA supporters and initiated the breach.
The double standard and hypocrisy of partisan law occurred when BLM rioters caused over a billion in damages, killed 22 including a cop, and in the end 95% of the cases were dropped and many got paid.
The cover-up was the sham J6 committee doctoring evidence then deleting it all.
The Fedsurrection combined all of these and used the riot to stop the reading of election fraud at the Joint Session of Congress.
The Big Lie was and is that it was a free and fair election.
God Bless the J6ers.
What has always made @mtgreenee so rare in DC is she was never a professional politician or close to those circles before being elected.
She is the Founders' ideal of a citizen-legislator: has a real non-political job, and normal life, then gets inspired (in her case by 2016 MAGA) to run for Congress.
But she purposely avoids being a DC creature. She spends as much time as possible in her district, to stay connected to their views and concerns, not those of DC think tanks and big donors.
One of my favorite lines uttered by a member of Congress was when she objected to Biden's bombing of Yemen, and then just as vocally to Trump's when he did the same, by saying: nobody in my district talks about Houthis or even knows what a Houthi is let alone feels threatened by them. Why are we bombing them?
To a paid political/media insider, that sounds unsophisticated and dumb. In reality, it shows how few DC officials actually care about, let alone give voice to, the views and interests of those who vote for them, how far removed official DC and its consensus bipartisan dogma are from what most people care about.
Most of her past poorly thought through views often cited to discredit her (QAnon, the false quote of "Jewish space lasers") came because she, like many Americans, wasn't depending on official DC scripts used by all party operatives.
That she has so thoughtfully evolved on so many questions is exactly what we should hope our elected officials do, especially ones who aren't professional politicians. The more they learn how DC works, the more they learn its grim reality rather than the noble propaganda, the more willing they should be to renounce past dogmas they ingested, own up how it happened, and learn from it. MTG is clearly doing that:
I don’t think Trump’s entire administration shitposting like bratty college girls, doing virtually nothing then gaslighting everyone on Truth Social in all CAPS LOCK about how amazing the economy is while they’re slobbering over Israel is a winning strategy for the future
Dear @POTUS Trump,
We love you and support you— but your suggestion to buy beef from Argentina to stabilize beef prices would be an absolute betrayal to the American cattle rancher.
We understand there are larger economic and geopolitical dynamics at play, including countering CCP influence in countries in our hemisphere. But the practice of solving problems “over there” before solving problems here on our soil is what contributed to the downfall of our country: Americans always come last.
We understand beef prices are high, and we admire your concern for all Americans, but this is not the fault of the American producer. This is the fault of politicians who have allowed BRICS-aligned entities to dominate the meat industry, that participate in price fixing and who also continually lie to their consumers.
Washington for decades has facilitated the squeezing of our own ranchers while allowing these entities to flood the market with cheaper, lower-quality imports -- and the American people don't even know these products are foreign because they are allowed to be marked as “Product of the USA”.
On top of all this—there is only chaos coming from the Department of Agriculture. There is no true guidance, mixed messaging, and a copious amount of photo ops. There is no one to trust over there that truly understands the issues and isn’t bought out by or aligned with Big Industries.
The American cattle rancher is one of the last symbols of independence we have in the nation—but the continued manipulation and betrayal by the very people who claim to support them, needs to end immediately.
While only representing 1% of the population, the work is tireless, daily, in poor conditions, with low margins, without thanks— all in order to keep this country fed. We would be a failed nation if we continue to betray the very people who put food on the table for us.
There are so many voices on the outside that support you and want to see you succeed. Maybe it’s time to start listening to them. Your team knows how to get in touch with us.
Sincerely,
Meriwether Farms

Easily one of the most consequential yet over-looked events of 2025:
Larry Ellison -- the mega-billionaire Oracle founder and the IDF's largest private donor -- is now taking control of CBS, Paramount, TikTok, and likely CNN.
He won't just control content but also user data.
In the 1980s, the media had not yet been bought out by the pharmaceutical industry and programs critical of vaccines were aired.
This incredible 1983 show was the last time vaccine safety was publicly debated and shows just how differently the public used to see vaccines.
Imagine being one of the thousands of Americans who were told you had to risk your life to destroy Al Qaeda, only to die doing so, and then watch your own government welcome a long-time Al Qaeda leader to your own country, and have Gen. Petraeus gently ask how he's holding up:
Just so I understand, we're all a hard no on Ben Shapiro trying to walk in Charlie's shoes, right?
Let's get some of these collage kids who supported Kirk sponsors and support and get them on the ground.
Those who were inspired by him and loved by him. That's what I want to see... I want to see those he touched carry the torch. Not Ben Shapiro.
I remain devastated by the assassination of Charlie Kirk. I only met him once, years ago, but we have many mutual friends, and I have watched him from afar build Turning Point USA into the organization it is today. I followed along primarily through my youngest child who would show me videos of Charlie debating on college campuses. My oldest had just purchased her ticket to see Charlie on her college campus the day before he was killed. I saw the impact he was having on their generation, a generation in dire need of positive role models, mentors, and heroes.
Over the past few days I have spent a lot of time getting to know Charlie through his social posts and interviews. I have watched as vigils for Charlie have sprung up across the country and the world, including on college campuses, the places Charlie debated openly in the marketplace of ideas. If you value truth, you must value free speech. Those vigils give me hope.
In the wake of Charlie’s assassination, people are buying Bibles, returning to the church, sharing Charlie’s message across social channels and donating in unprecedented numbers to Turning Point USA. Charlie’s death has energized a generation.
I have also seen the hateful celebrations of Charlie’s death. I will be praying hard for those finding joy in his assassination, celebrating the ultimate act of intolerance. I would encourage anyone whose opinion of Charlie was shaped by a negative headline or algorithm to follow @charliekirk11@MrsErikaKirk and @TPUSA – listen and form your opinion for yourself - don’t let it be formed for you by an algorithm.
In an interview this past June, when asked about how he would like to be remembered, Charlie said, “I want to be remembered for courage for my faith. That would be the most important thing; most important thing is my faith.”
Charlie’s murderer did more than kill a young father and husband or silence a voice of reason open to debate…he gave Charlie immortality.
My prayers for Charlie’s family and our nation continue.
This is a screenshot from American Academy of Pediatrics’ webpage, thanking the organization’s top corporate donors. These four companies make virtually every vaccine on the CDC recommended childhood vaccine schedule. AAP is angry that CDC has eliminated corporate influence in decisions over vaccine recommendations and returned CDC to gold-standard science and evidence-based medicine laser-focused on children’s health.
AAP today released its own list of corporate-friendly vaccine recommendations. The Trump Administration believes in free speech and AAP has a right to make its case to the American people. But AAP should follow the lead of HHS and disclose conflicts of interest, including its corporate entanglements and those of its journal—Pediatrics—so that Americans may ask whether the AAP’s recommendations reflect public health interest, or are, perhaps, just a pay-to-play scheme to promote commercial ambitions of AAP’s Big Pharma benefactors.
AAP should also be candid with doctors and hospitals that recommendations that diverge from the CDC’s official list are not shielded from liability under the 1986 Vaccine Injury Act.
