@DIRECTV I spent 3 hours on chat to fix a problem that basically you caused. I suggested how to fix it in the 1st 30 min of chat (and later), and was ignored. Guess what ended up fixing it. My suggestion. You gave me a $2 credit on my bill for my wasting time. 🫤
