Long story short, do not buy from Hanks Fine Furniture because you will be overcharged for a garbage piece of furniture and will be given the cold shoulder if you dare to complain! #worstfurniturestoreever#hanksfurniturestore

I’m not a person to tweet with any complaints but I had to deal with Hanks Furniture store for the last six months and they are the worst! They sold a loveseat sleeper to my elderly parents and within a few months of use the cushions sank.

They only cared to keep the $1300+ that they charged for a garbage couch and didn’t do anything to mitigate it. In fact, the manager had the audacity to recommend that my parents move the couch to another room and come in to buy another couch that he would “give them a good deal”
