I can enjoy watching The Big 4 in Tennis play and dominate their opponents. But I just can't bring myself to watch any top players on Badminton court demolish the other player. Axelsen, Zheng/Huang, Minions, etc.

Christie's gameplay is textbook, not making many mistakes, but lack of variety & power. It seems like he's counting a lot to go to a decider. Nishimoto on the other hand is committed to his attack.

One of my earliest memories of badminton is watching Trikus/Minarti tough loss at the final of OG 2000. They won 1st game convincingly and led a health margin in the 2nd but could not convert. Minarti was very nervous and Trikus was trying hard to be clever and failed big time.
