Am I the only one having trouble with @DHLUS@dhlexpressuk ? I seldom use them. Yesterday they refused to actually deliver to my apartment and today they didn’t even call before stating I wasn’t home. I feel like basic customer service and integrity has gone down the toilet.
A year ago @Chase sent me a fraud alert and told me I’d have to make the same purchase again. I did and I was charged twice. Even after an “investigation” they found the double charge valid. This still doesn’t sit right with my spirit and general ethics.
To the people who don’t like Beyoncé solely because other people like her: You do not sound as unique as you think you do, you do not sound as forward thinking as you think you do, you do not sound as intelligent as you think you do. Grow up.
