"Hurt defends itself in the heat of the argument"、なんたる名言。自分も経験したことがあるし、親友友人知人で何度見てきたことか。一歩先に、相手にそのhurtを打ち明けた際の反応というのがあって、取り合ってくれなかった際の深い失望というのは、取り返しがつかないとも思う。
@SebastianRochaZ No offence taken,Sebastian. I know how stories stretch & are added to over the years & new ‘facts’ develop. Not to mention how in our youth, hurt defends itself in the heat of the argument. Recollections bent to support our pride. Takes time to step back & see the picture cleanly
@FlyingKiwisFC@yumar_football Reminded me of old-school Premier League, before Pep came in. I felt the ref was *very* consistent in his own way, and didn't destroy the flow of the game for/against either side. A very exciting 0-0 for those that like the duels, a terrible game for those that prefer basketball.
@Mazultala2030 Absolutely. Such a shame that his Ligue 1 season ended with a "just-recovered from injury" status in a relegated team, which killed any opportunities for him to move up to a better team. All gratitude to Genk for taking him under the circumstances.
