@expedia - disconnected three times this morning. Do they not want to refund my money? I will keep trying and make it my mission that no one trusts this company or any other third party company for travel.

@Expedia and sister company @hotelsone holding over $1200 of my money hostage. Booking cancelled. Notified my refund would occur over 2 months ago. No movement since. Supervisor never available then they go to find them and I am disconnected. Every. time.

@HotelsOne @carlonavarro Trying to reach ANYONE at HotelsOne that is empowered to do ANYTHING besides say, "oh that was done - you contact your bank for a refund" when it clearly wasn't done and clearly that is not what needs to happen. Waiting on a $1252 refund since December 2021.

I have been ripped off by #hotesone. I booked a hotel through what appeared to be the Hotel website, ended up being these people. They charged my card in November for a February stay! The booking was cancelled on 12/19/21 and they still hold my money. #ripoff
