So last week I heard ‘Christian’ by British Birds for the 1st time and thought I’d love to see them live. Then the fabulous Ferret announces not only a gig next week but a free one at that. And it’s the day before my birthday! I am officially A Bit Excited.

@HalifaxBank recently opened new ISA, set up via the app. Today the money has been refunded to my current a/c with message to say I am oversubscribed and you have charged me £156 in cancellation fees! Your app let me open the a/c so to charge me a fee is totally wrong! Advice?

@HalifaxBank I am trying to transfer money from my Halifax account to another bank but have a nine digit ac ref with the other bank. Your app/online banking will only allow me to enter 8 digits. Can you advise please?

@HalifaxBank Yes. I can only enter 8 digits and the other bank has 9. If I don’t enter 9 they will return my payment.

@HalifaxBank Hi Will - sorry, I explained incorrectly. The bank does indeed have an 8 digit ac no but I have to also enter a 9 digit account reference in order for the money to be transferred specifically to my account. And your app only allows 8 characters in the ac ref.
