My Roblox verified✅ account and groups with MILLIONS of Robux were suddenly banned/locked after a false moderation and Roblox Support is saying an appeal was already submitted even tho I never did one before.
I opened Roblox and saw my account banned for “Robux selling”. I was really shocked and just spent hours crying and didn’t even try to appeal at that moment.
A few hours later my account just got unbanned by itself. I did not appeal at that time.
Then after that, multiple of my groups with MILLIONS of Robux got locked without any warning, including groups I made months ago and later even transfered to other people.

I’m a UGC creator working on bundles and stuff like that, and 95% of Robux from my groups went into DevEx. Last 2 months I DevExed more than 11 million Robux. Rest was for commissions, UGC ideas, uploads and paying devs/artists.
Only AFTER all group bans I submitted an appeal, and support replied that appeal was already submitted even tho I didn’t send anything before.
Please share this post to other people. this group literally supported my life and I was paying rent from it. I never sold Robux or did anything like that.
@Roblox Please just reconsider and manually check everything, feels like some automated chain reaction from the first ban.

Groups were locked due to poor backend desync (account ban, automatic unban, and not what I do in the catalog, recolors, and more convenient purchase of a bundle with a dynamic head that fits it)
Check out the best sales for bundles and what I'm doing is a more convenient method of purchasing a bundle + a dynamic classic head along with it (thanks that it's not the animated one that was recently made by Roblox). It's better than the sexualized Roblox characters that is on best sales.

Also I want to mention that the reply from support came within a couple of minutes after I submitted the ticket, which makes me think it might have been an automated/AI response rather than a manual review.
