🚨 Dr. Benjamin Kaufman took the stand. He was the Dr who treated Callan Clancy.

He says Callan wasn’t breathing but regained a heartbeat about 10 minutes after arriving at Beth Israel Hospital–Plymouth.

However, he never had evident brain function while in Kaufman's care.

“At no point did he exhibit any brain function during the time he was in my care”. 💔

Lindsay Clancy sobbed and broke down as the 911 call was played in her trial this morning. Patrick Clancy arrived home and found his wife, Lindsay, on the ground outside their second-story window. He then discovered his three kids with exercise bands around their throats.
The judge did not permit livestreaming, but our producer, Grace, was inside the courtroom. Here's how the call played out:
911 call: Explain how she tried to commit suicide (multiple voices) Where is she now? Stay awake.
Wow old is she? 31-33.
Is she awake? Yes.
Is she breathing? Yeah.
Lindsay what did you do to your neck? She’s talking.
When? Last half hour.
How far did she fall? 20 feet.
Multiple voices.
Is she responding normally? A little bit.
Wake up.
What part of the body was injured? Neck.
She’s breathing. Lindsay look at me – look at me.
Are there weapons? I don’t see any.
Where are the kids? Multiple voices speaking. Do not move her. Open your eyes. Can someoone – ok – Lndsay look at me. Open your eyes. I’m going to tell you how to stop the bleeding. It’s not bleeding open wounds. She’s in the backyard.
Is there something on her neck? A knife or something.
Can you put pressure on it? No.
Multiple voices.
Lindsay wake up. (moaning)
Put pressure on the cut.
Lindsay look at me – say my name.
She’s conscious.
Don’t move her. Tell her to be still.
Background whimpering. Sirens in the distance.
I’m going to stay on the line with you. Is there a fence?
Right here, right here.
I need you to stay and go check on my kids.
Hello? footsteps.
Guys? Guys?
Oh no. Yelling.
Oh no. Yelling.
Wake up.
Screaming. Screaming.
What is he screaming about?
Crying. Screaming. Gasping.
"OH MY GOD!"
Screaming. Screaming.
Hello...what’s going on?
Basement. Basement
Oh MY GOD!
Hello? hello?
Screaming. Screaming, Screaming.
AHHHHH, SHE KILLED THE KIDS!!!
Oh my God!

Oh shit!
The court then took a recess.

Patrick Clancy is on the stand testifying about all the prescription medication his wife, Lindsay Clancy, was taking in the months before she killed their children in January 2023.

At one point, the prosecutor pulled out a large Ziploc bag with bottles of different pills.

Court documents show Lindsay Clancy was on 11 different medications at different times between Oct. 2022 - Jan. 2023.
