@zach_macaque69@dyingscribe I just used the first ones that came to mind. Unknown 9 was a couple of years ago but I remember it because the creators very clearly stated it was supposed to be the start of a multimedia franchise.
Thanks for your critique, Janet. We actually tried a couple of episodes where House (Hugh Laurie) (please put the brackets in the right place) gets it right first time, but they were only 6 minutes long. NBC weren’t happy. Then we tried some where House never gets it right and the patient dies. The audience wasn’t happy.
One could apply your trenchant analysis to other art forms: JS Bach wrote 30 Goldberg variations on the same chord structure; Frida Kahlo painted 50 portraits of herself; Henry Moore, what??
The point is, or was, variations on a theme; if all you see is hospital, medical blah blah, then it wasn’t meant for you.
Nonetheless, I look forward to your first novel!
@punishedmonet@gowanusofficial I couldn't stop howling over the two characters in the story being labelled as fat and now the author also has that label in the obituary.
Please tell me I'm just out of the loop on some deep meta joke or something?
@mahirofuwa_ I mean like sure but they didnt replace the pervert/creep charm with anything meaningful so they've had to yoink from like 750 episodes ahead while also taking away one of the great straw hat crew moments where all of them are sleeping in her room
