@elonmusk Why don't you focus less on sales and start focusing on fixing existing cars. My XP100D has been in the service centre for 2 weeks with a broken heater and they still can't even get a date for when they will receive the parts! No really premium brand or service

#askgcntech Jon, I have an issue with an Ultegra groupset, whereby it won't go into the small cog at the back when the peddle is under load. Its fine in the stand. If I reduce cable tension, it then becomes un-synced. Any ideas?
