Late last night my friend was assaulted by a Bolt driver after having a disagreement in the car. He ended the trip mid way. She paid him for the distance he had driven & they left ,(she was traveling with a friend). They rushed into obz Square UCT for safety purposes.

Personally we are disappointed in Bolt@BoltRide & how they handled the complaint.VERY disappointed in UCT's safety services @UCT_VC @UCTStudent @uctjustkidding @UCT_SRC @UCT_news.Why spend money on services that don't serve their purpose.They don't take out well-being seriously
