@FedExHelp I received my shipment. The perishable items inside were all melted with lids coming off. No one answered phone calls when I checked the status. Unacceptable. What if this was medication or something urgent or life altering.

@FedEx your customer service is horrible. My perishable package was to arrive Friday, 6/12. Just showed up on my front stoop on Monday 6/15. Everything in the package was melted. Nothing salavable. I expect a full refund for my purchase from @eatenlightened!!!
