Still alive, turned 30, started hitting the gym, combination sertraline and bupropion started working which massively improved my chronic fatigue, started dating and struck gold on the first date, weight is stable and Iβm enjoying life again.

"Hey so you know how we're a 15 minute drive from your home and could help you with your chronic pain and fatigue? Well fuck you, we won't. Instead you can wait 6-12 months to be referred to a place that's over an hour's drive away. Hope this helps!"
Fuck y'all I'm relapsing
I have, in fact, not stopped counting calories, but low key bingeing instead. Got 10k steps this morning before having water, my meds or breakfast as a half assed attempt at damage control.
Had a little brunch moment to refuel, and now I'm in the sun with an iced matcha latte βοΈ
I think I might try to stop calorie counting for a bit and see how that goes. Don't want to fully commit to recovery yet, but I'm sick of being a slave to my own stupid thoughts
Had an early morning shower, final ADHD group meeting, a latte with a double espresso shot, banana pb & j oats, a poop and I'm feeling like I'm on top of the world
I feel so fucking fat and I don't want to gain weight, but I can't stop eating either
I just don't want to be a slave to my disorder anymore, but I can't give up being skinny
Gonna go shower, make the last of my drip coffee (I'm so glad my sister's flying to Tokyo next week and brining back more for me hehehe) and try to get my ass out of the house, whilst hoping the ritalin I took an hour ago starts working
After my little melatonin break and esp after coming back from vacation I've been sleeping so much better. I'm even waking up between 7-8, actually doing stuff in the morning and falling asleep again within one hour of going to bed.
I'm so happy
