He admitted to the use (claiming he was drunk at the time), tested negative in later checks, but confessed during the investigation. He received a suspended sentence: 6 months in prison (suspended for 1 year), 120 hours of community service, and a ₩360,000 fine. The court considered his lack of prior record, deep reflection, and no further use.
