Please help your customers on rebooking their flights. There is absolute zero information and support from your end.
I am still waiting to hear something on rebooking and my flight was canceled on 28th Feb ( Jaipur to Frankfurt via Abu Dhabi).

All I hope , is to get more information from the Airline on what they are going to do with passengers who had their flights canceled. Just some kind of plan of action from your end specifically about rebooking for canceled flights. Thanks

I waited for upto 2hrs multiple times to speak to someone with no luck but only automated message running endlessly.

@makemytripcare Stop sending generalised responses and maybe cater to people’s actual problems . Understood that things are not at their best but leveraging it to gain benefits is barbaric.
