There's a whole world of vitality and energy waiting for you at the other end of "I'm what I feel".
Not all feelings are felt the same. Energy doesn't come automatically. Sometimes it requires blatant action, without feelings.
Energy doesn't come if you don't make it a virtue.
❤️🔥Issue #7 of @lets_harden is out!

The hardest man alive:
David Goggins.
I've listened to 1000+ hours of his interviews and read his book 4 times.
Here are 12 lessons you can use to become the ultimate badass.
Because just getting jacked is not the way to improve your bodymind. It’s always good to become fitter but not at the cost of sensationalisation.
If they are making 10 people partially better at the cost of making 100 people feel worse, then the net outcome is negative — worse.
Most of the influencer fitness industry works on the principle of “Us vs Them”. Shaming obese people to trigger your already overwhelmed and stimulated mind.
Most of them are already narcissistic and self-involved to care for you. It’s the obese people who need more help.
The industry is rigged in a way to promote those who promote quick transformation. Simpletons getting jacked shoving inflammatory shit down gullible people’s throat.
You see how these people who get fit quick become judgemetal, passive aggressive, entitled and more narcissistic.
Appearances are the worst way to assess if someone is fit and healthy in their bodies and minds.
The whole fitness industry capitalises on appearances.
In addition to oxygen, we are constantly breathing ambient self-judgement and self-criticism. We are idolising artificial beauty that is fleeting. We are constantly comparing ourselves to an amorphous alter-ego that we could never locate. We end up in bitterness and frustration.
It's called regimen for a reason. It's designed and practiced in a militaristic method. It makes fitness a zero sum game where few people win and a lot of people lose. Nobody wants a degrading body. But everyone has different capacities to head into this alleged wartime.
There's no junk food if you know how to respect your sensual desires and regulatory needs of your body. You are not doing time.
The diet regimen suggested by most fitness trainers are fighting against time because of competition with other diet regimens from other trainers.
The psychological “busyness” makes everyone isolated and prevents the formation of organic camaraderie. It's not that we don’t want to work hard.
We want to be seen in our growth. Not by 6-inch bricks just to be made irrelevent in split second by unserious recognition.
The world doesn’t need another gym bro or gym sista dancing in a 30-second reel. We already have enough plastic material and plastic sense in the world.
What we are lacking is genuine validation for our efforts. Not by making a caricature of ourselves to please the algorithm.
Routine without any spirit burns us out.
Worst, it feels like a fake burnout as we have been taught that consistency is the key.
But they didn't tell us that consistency of the spirit comes first.
Routine will eventually come along as excitement needs output for validation.
“In extreme cases, we schedule time for stepping outside. The microchip robots turn us into robots themselves. The circle of automation completes.”

“In this forgetfulness salad, we miss the faint signal that our bodies emit. The signal for us to move. It could be a sprained neck, a backache, burning eyes, an over-caffeinated head, etc. But the pain becomes ambient against the noise of the digital ether.”
