FRUG Plan for the Coming Week Hi guys. I want to start sharing a plan like this every week so you know what I’m working on and where FRUG is moving. Nothing here is set in stone. Art has a habit of changing the plan while you are making it. Still, I want you to see what is happening behind the scenes. You should know by now that I love to work. I love to create. If I am not sleeping, eating or fucking, I am probably creating something. So the plan is simple. 1. Two live art sessions I will do two live art sessions this week. One will be dedicated to creating a Pumpfun banner. I don’t know whether Pumpfun will use it, but I think the process itself could be interesting. Other communities can join, watch their characters enter the banner and see the whole thing come to life. Which brings us organic traction! I also want to stream it on Pumpfun Live. Maybe it gets noticed. Maybe it gets used. Maybe it simply becomes a good piece of art that brings different communities into the same room. All three outcomes are good for us. 2. The first handmade Frug puppet A lot of you may not know that I also make strange puppets. When I was a kid, I used to pick up puppets and perform stories for other kids. Slowly, I began designing my own. Now I make weird creatures that probably should not exist, which usually means I am doing something right. I have ordered the materials for the first Frug . I will begin making it this week and share the process as it develops. 3. Two 1/1 NFTs for solid holders I want to start creating original 1/1 NFTs for people who have shown real conviction in FRUG. I’m considering holders with 1% or more, but wallet size alone will not decide it. I want to see people who are active, have skin in the game and have built enough of a public history for me to believe they are here for longer than a few days. We will begin with one this week. 4. Two Frugugu NFTs give away for early Bagworkers I will also give away two Frugugu NFTs to people I see actively helping FRUG. A PFP can do something strange to the person wearing it. Sometimes it helps you recognize a side of yourself before you know how to explain it. It can also tell other people something about you before you write a single word. Frugugu has a supply of only 390, and I hold a limited number that I can give away. I have to be careful with them. These will go to early Bagworkers whose effort can actually be seen. 5. Build your own Frug I have already drawn many traits for the Frug collection. I want to explore a simple tool where people can choose from those traits, build their own Frug and download it as a profile picture. Every part would still come from my original hand-drawn work, but each person could put the pieces together differently. I want to see hundreds of strange Frugs moving across timelines and entering places I could never reach alone. 6. FRUG stories and Fruglightenment I will keep writing about the things I feel, the things I have learned and the strange positivity I have managed to find after two years of living slightly detached from ordinary reality. I call that state Fruglightenment. I also want to hear your side of it. You can write about: What makes you feel like a FRUG? What has FRUG taught you? How did you find FRUG, and why are you still here? What does being a Bagworker mean to you? What happened in your life that made you understand the tired frug? Write it in your own words. It does not need to sound polished or promotional. A real personal story will travel further than fifty people repeating the same line. 7. One focused community spotlight each day Each day, we can choose one person or community we genuinely want to introduce to FRUG. Before writing anything, take a little time to understand them. Read what they post. See what they care about. Find the honest connection between their world and ours. Then write , in your own words. We want to be remembered for having something real to say, not because we became impossible to mute. If you want someone to understand FRUG, you have to speak from your own FRUG state of mind. I have much more I want to write, draw and physically build. I am slightly cracked like that. I also want to do the kind of work I would expect from any dev whose project I was in. Lets start the week with a bang! Lets make everyone say : FUCK RUGS!
