@wmata is the D10 WB just… on an unpublished detour not terminating at Kennedy Center??? Bus operator didn’t announce anything, just turns around without any notice to anyone on the bus. Only service note I can find is about EB. If so, this is ridiculous.

What is going on at Van Ness, @wmata @wmataGM? Did we have to pick between functioning A/C and working escalators, but never both simultaneously? All escalators currently out of service.

@wmata @Sam_lewis_89 We haven’t had any a/c at Van Ness all summer and it’s stifling. This isn’t just “the less the chillers can do”—they were fine last year. This can’t be safe for your employees either. What is going on?

Hey @wmata @wmataGM—how are 40-min headways on the D70 during rush hour acceptable, given that it serves a densely populated stretch of CT Ave without overlapping rail? All to arrive at Van Ness without working A/C. Every bus line I regularly use is so much worse now.
