Cold-calling customers for feedback is always a wild ride. Called one of our customers yesterday:

At first, he didn’t recognize who it was. I asked if he had 5 minutes for a quick chat, and he said, "Sorry, I’m busy right now."

Then he reconfirmed where i was calling from…told him i’m the founder of gutphizz. His response immediately changed:
"Arey, mai gya tha website par dobara order karne ke liye, aapka out of stock dikha raha tha!"

I felt so happy hearing that, so i took a chance again: "Just wanted to get the feedback regarding that only..."

He replied: "Nhi, abhi thoda busy hu..." so i cut the call!

He was still too busy to give detailed feedback, but that one line made my day🥹
