@MintMobileCares it’s extremely frustrating to talk to your tech support. They never understand the issues and blame it on the phone, OS etc etc that I know for sure has nothing to do with since everything worked fine before I switched. How can I talk to someone who can help?

[Let’s Eat with Thiela @LetsEatwithT]

@HGSupport you have the worst technical support agent! He claimed his name is Roi. I called on 1/5/2023 around 8:30pm PST. He doesn’t understand the question at all and keep on asking the same questions over and over again, refused to transfer me to anyone else, and went silent.

[Let’s Eat with Thiela @LetsEatwithT]

@HamiltonBeach I just got my new air fryer and used it. I notice that there are brown spot on the tray that I couldn’t remove. There are also spots that it looked like chipped on the tray. If this is how it look like now I can’t imagine what will happen if I use it again. Help!
