Elliotte did not say the Sabres are "front runners" to land Pettersson, or anything close to what's been aggregated and regurgitated on social since last night.
They've shown interest, and they're continuing to show interest. That's all for now.
Maybe I’m seeing too short of a clip and it was actually there, but where is the accountability? Be pissed about it all you want, but YOURE the one that did it! Twice! And both were EGREGIOUS! #RavensFlock
He so done with this shit and tbh I am too. It’s the same thing every fucking year man. One thing I WILL stand on is this:
I wouldn’t want any other QB in the league and I’m riding with 8 forever
Dearest mother —
As I am sure you’ve seen in the newspaper, the great final battle of this campaign resulted in the Ohio State regiment — who disguise themselves as foliage — defeating the Notre Dame regiment — who believe themselves to be magical creatures, donned in green, and obsessed with coinage.
I find myself overwrought.
Now, the battlefield is fresh — and all regiments start anew. Great adventures and glorious battles await my men.
We shall be ready.
Enclosed is my latest service tintype. Please do show the hogs and cows. They’ll be overjoyed. I love you.
— Andrew
I have been commenting on the Sabres on this app for 15 years.
In that time I have always put a lot of effort into having level headed opinions so I am hoping what I am about to say carries weight.
It is hard for me to imagine them ever being good again.
Watched the tape again.
The Buffalo Bills were simply the better team that day against the Baltimore Ravens.
Lamar showed great leadership and poise to pull his team back into the game after his early mistakes, but Josh Allen was better simply because he protected the ball.
It’s that simple.
No one is immune to criticism for the plays they did or didn’t make. This is the big leagues and when you play in a heavyweight matchup like that, turnovers, drops and penalties are all magnified.
The Buffalo Bills deserve all the credit in the world for having a masterful defensive game plan to slow down Lamar and Derrick Henry while capitalizing on their mistakes.
Ed Oliver was an animal in the middle.
Taylor Rapp was all over the field.
Sean McDermott and Bobby Babich put together a beautiful plan and changed their identity COMPLETELY.
-Played the most man coverage they have since 2022 -46.7%
-Leaned heavily on 4-3 personnel and 5 man fronts to get pressure and stop the run
We have to start focusing on what the Bills did right to win the game and not on what the Baltimore Ravens did to lose.
The Buffalo Bills deserve the praise.
They EARNED IT.
The Mark Andrews drop was a gift. There’s no denying that. But the Bills absolutely deserve credit for capitalizing/forcing the three Ravens turnovers.
On Rapp INT, Milano gets pressure & forces a rushed from Lamar.
On the sack/forced fumble, Hamlin wraps up Lamar’s leg. As he’s trying to break away he drops the ball. You know how hard that guy is to wrap up?
And the Andrews fumble was a perfectly executed peanut punch from Bernard.
If you put the loss on Lamar tonight, respectfully, you’re a loser
Mark Andrews is one of the all time ravens—he had a brutal drop and fumble yes. If you’re gonna use that to trash him, respectfully, you’re a loser.
I get all the Legacy talk for this game, but it literally happened in the Divisional Round in 2020 and here we are four years later talking about a legacy game.
The book isn't written for anybody after tonight.
