@thegarybrecka Perfect diet is different from perfect health. Considering the 2 options you gave, I’ll take the better diet. With the better diet, the less sleep I need. I seem to only sleep about 6 hours a night anyway. When I was 40lbs heavier last year, I slept 8 hours, but was miserable
@DoctorTro I’ve maintained a 40 lb weight loss in 9 months using the same methods. It works folks. This is coming from a lifetime overweight guy. Now I’m 195 and in the best shape of my life.
