結論から言えば、見出し詐欺ではありません。

「テロリストに対する死刑法」は西岸地区のパレスチナ人を標的とした死刑法。
私が付け加えるなら、国際法上、イスラエルによる占領地支配を目的とした措置は全て違法・無効。
また、出自による差別、アパルトヘイト法制である点でより悪質です。

🧵 (1) As someone who has actually taken the time to read the @UN commission report, I need to talk about this again so people have an understanding of how ridiculous it is.

The @UN Commission's finding that Israel is committing “genocide” in Gaza is severely flawed.

Firstly, I will give a brief understanding and background of the authors of the report itself.

Two of the three authors of the report have expressed anti-Israel sentiments in the past. For example, Navi Pillay (chair of the commission) has defended her co-author, Miloon Kothari, who in 2022 questioned whether Israel should be a member of the @UN, and suggested that social media was "controlled largely by" the “Jewish lobby.”

He has since apologised, but the report authors appear biased none the less.

The report itself is full of hyperbole, and fails to fully examine any evidence or arguments that do not support the apparently pre-ordained conclusions.

In particular, it does not examine the Israel Defense Forces' (@IDF) rules of engagement (which would provide an indication of ‘intent’), the precautions they take in attack or the principle of proportionality.

Nor does it consider Hamas use of civilian infrastructure (such as hospitals, schools and religious sites) for military purposes; the use of civilians as human shields; the suggestion by Israel that Hamas is denying its own people access to food; or the stated intention of Hamas, and other Iranian-backed terrorist organisations, to destroy Israel.

The report also suggests that the Hamas massacre on October 7th 2023 did not pose an existential threat to the state of Israel, downplaying them on the basis that Israel "has taken by force and is unlawfully occupying and settling “Palestinian territory.”

But it does not comment upon what effect Hamas’s control of Gaza since 2006 has had upon civilians, nor the terror group's use of foreign aid to build a vast infrastructure of terror tunnels and stockpile caches of arms, instead of improving the lives of Gazans.

There is no doubt that many civilians have been killed in Gaza, and that the destruction of buildings and infrastructure is devastating.

There will have been mistakes in targeting, and some IDF personnel will have acted wrongly. Unfortunately, these things happen in war.

But Israel's war is against Hamas - a proscribed terrorist organisation - and anyone else who supports the aim of destroying Israel.

It is not a war that seeks to ‘intentionally’ destroy a national, ethnical, racial or religious group (i.e., “Palestinians”) and should not be classified as genocide without a much more balanced examination.

人間の悪意、ことにイスラエル国やその支持者の文章を読まされるだけで体調が悪くなります。

しかし、真に恐ろしいのは、ジェノサイド（この用語に問題があるという主張も見ましたが）、民族浄化を前提とした文章を大量に目にする事で、「あり得る選択」として脳に刷り込まれてしまう事です。

そして、イスラエル国の「ご説明」に励む方々が、ネタニヤフ被疑者率いる政府与党議員、あるいは大臣による子殺しの煽動や肯定発言を無視している。

単にイスラエル国による戦争犯罪を非難するだけで「反ユダヤ主義者」「ハマス」のレッテルを貼りながら、与党議員や閣僚の発言をスルーする二重基準。

“Now, after the High Court of Justice’s ruling, which is new and was issued at the beginning of June, there is not just pressure but real panic within the Israel Prison Service.

They believe that if the Red Cross is allowed to enter and visit security prisoners, then starting tomorrow morning there will be a propaganda attack and blood libels against our soldiers, our prison guards, and the State of Israel as a whole. From the Prison Service’s perspective, it’s only a matter of time. It’s going to happen.

That’s why the Israel Prison Service and the Ministry of National Security approached me and said: ‘Take that bill and change it so that the Red Cross will under no circumstances, under any circumstances, be allowed to visit security prisoners.’

We don’t need that. This is a moment when opposition and coalition don’t matter. This is not a boutique law. It’s not a gimmick law. It’s a law that the security authorities came to me and said, ‘We need it now. The State of Israel needs it now.’”

戦前にブラジルに移民として移住した日本人のなかに勝組、負組がいた。これは富裕層になれたとか困窮のままだったとかいう言葉通りの意味ではない。この話はすごかった。

勝組というのは戦後も日本が勝戦国と考えている人達、負組というのは敗戦国という情報を受け入れて理解している人達のこと。終戦後この派閥の分断が激しく、ときに殺し合いに発展したと当時の新聞に書かれていたそう。
負組は、指導者クラスの、道理が比較的わかっていて敗戦の情報を受け止めた少数派。
勝組というのは、血気盛んで日本人であることが自らのアイデンティティと強く結びついている人。デマを信じる彼らの方が多数派だった。頑なに日本が敗戦国であることを認めず、それは戦後10年以上にも及んだ。帰国事業で戦後実際に勝組たちが帰国したときも、戦後の復興が速く日本が活気ある様子だったこと、天皇が生きていたこともあって全然敗戦したことを信じなかったらしい。そして、そのことが本当だったことがわかったとき、集団自決事件が起こったそう。
