Hello all On X, I would like to know your opinion that a catalog with 4.1 star rating is blocked on Meesho stating this catalog has low quality. Please comment your opinions how could this catalog has low quality?

@meesho_support There are so many tickets raised for so many fraud returns. How many can I share? You people don't have any idea how small sellers are getting big losses because of your inappropriate claim process

You need to change your claim approval process. It is clearly visible in the video that customer has sent different old used shirt in return but you reject the claim by just seeing the color of shirt.

You support system is just pathetic. I reported this screenshot to support but they copy paste same response for reviews. It's clearly seen that 23 people have given positive responses and just 2 have negative, so total calculation comes 4.1
