Dear @zomato@zomatocare , I paid ₹294 for an order from Nashville Fried Chicken, but received a veg burger from Louis Burger instead. Despite sharing proof, you're offering only a ₹140 refund or ₹150 coupon. Why should I pay for an order I never received? #CustomerRights

Train 07052 (RXL–TPTY SPL) is ~24 hrs late. Boarded from Rourkela with 6–7 hr delay; was due Secunderabad 18:55 (17 Apr). As of 18 Apr 11:06 AM, still onboard (ETA 18:05).
Unacceptable delay. Request refund/compensation.
