@artistrightsnow @FaeryAngela Does this address YouTube’s content ID as well? YouTube already uses an automated system to remove porn so it shouldn’t be hard to do it with music.. if CASE doesn’t address it, what can we do to demand YT do this? Is a new bill needed?

@future_of_music @ffish @RobertBLevine_ Question. If it’s optional, then what’s the point? If I take someone to court via CASE Act for infringing on my material (YouTube upload) and they just “opt out”, then I’m left with having to take them to “big boy” court which costs too much money.
