When we train young athletes for speed, it’s not just about learning the sprint and acceleration mechanics, it’s learning the intensity level involved, and how to fully commit to that intensity level. It’s about learning what they are truly capable of.

we need to be talking to our young athletes about how to be coached hard. No one likes to be criticized, but if it comes from a coach who cares, then they need to learn to take it and respond appropriately. This is a huge roadblock in athlete’s development
@SharpeGreg This is a bad take @SharpeGreg. Any Coach would have been fired up by the shameful antics the home team displayed in Lincoln today. That doesn’t take away from what Nebraska players did, good moment for them.
Elevate SWI @level10perform with another great night! February is rolling, and March dates will be announced soon. Lineman, RB/WR, and QB training. With high level skill instruction plus proven speed work, we’re elevating football in SWI, athlete by athlete!
Raising the profile of High School football in SWI starts with our young athletes who love the game, giving them opportunities to improve and prepare for future seasons. skill work combined with speed work has us excited for what this Academy can accomplish!
Not every sport Coach can be a great performance coach, nor should they be expected to. But they can take a bit of time to learn and understand the S. A. I. D. principle, and use that knowledge when conditioning athletes. Confidence comes from knowledge.
@U_EagleFootball these are awesome. But way more impressive than any of the numbers, is the way this kid works when there is no one in the stands……you won’t find that on a stat sheet, and it makes all the difference. I have brought in my own kid just to watch him work.
@RyanBurnsMN It wasn’t blown dead because no official thought it should have been, because they didn’t see anything wrong.
No one did. Fleck said he did, but he is straight up lying. If you think he is not then you are just a schill.
A lack of knowledge is not a fault, it just means no one has showed you yet. However, blindly and pridefully pushing forward with a lack of knowledge is negligent. Especially when people are entrusting you. Always be looking for the best path forward!
