DM @kaseykahne Please take the test during an hour training drive on course, keeps track of how much fluid he drinks during the test, and weighs himself with minimal clothing before and after the test.

DM @kaseykahne With an electrolyte imbalance or deficiency, the athlete will actually have issues absorbing the fluid into their cells, which causes bloating and frequent urination. So no matter how much they drink, they just pee it out without absorbing the fluids.
