#Boundaries in medical relationships are so very nuanced; their navigation requires an emotional maturity, clearly demonstrated by our graduating #PEM fellow, Dr. Ari Grubner. I hope you will be inspired by his ✍🏾 as I was. @MountSinaiEM@MountSinaiPeds https://t.co/gcoGv64sFm
Insightful & impactful #HealthEquity guest lecture from @mountsinaipediatrics dept at @MountSinaiEM#PEM academic conference. Looking fwd to more interdepartmental collaboration on this necessary work
& cheers to encouraging “cultural humility” instead of “cultural competency.”
Last week @MountSinaiEM Alumni, current fellows, residents, rising chiefs + Attendings @ #blockcamp2025 hosted by @Maimonides_EM@MaimoUltrasound Excited to bring these regional anesthetic techniques back to the MSH Peds Emergency Dept
Keeping classrooms focused! A bell-to-bell cellphone restriction is necessary to ensure students stay engaged, learning, and free from digital distractions. Give kids the classroom experience they deserve! https://t.co/qFPdZROPpV
Thank you to the Greater Boston PH Support Group & @PHAssociation for inviting me to speak on Extrapulmonary Manifestations of PAH! It was a special opportunity to learn from the experiences of patients & share the wonderful research being done by colleagues across the country.
(1/3) In medical research, female physicians face an unfortunate reality: their first-authored papers have lower chances of publication in high impact journals compared to their male counterparts. This disparity can impact career advancement and recognition. #MedTwitter
🧵regarding several ways in which you can inadvertently damage the tissues when approximating them with sutures.
These are particularly important to recognize when the tissue is thin or fragile, because this is when you may not get away with using sloppy technique.

We’re lucky to have @Harvard_Tox@MARIpoisonctr based at @BostonChildrens (not to mention a tox service). There needs to be a concerted effort to recruit and train pediatric-boarded toxicologists. Returning to a 4-year combined PEM/Tox would be a great start @ab_peds
Great work by @leveneMD spreading the word about about toxicology training. Reach out to your institution or poison center to do a toxicology rotation. You won’t regret it!
Thrilled to have our work, "Medical Toxicology in Pediatrics Residency Programs: Can It Be Improved?" featured in the #AMSPDC section of the @JPediatr#Grateful for my
longtime exceptional mentors,
@MarkKSuMD1 & Dr. Madeline Renny.
