The primary take-away from this should be to be careful and acknowledge the risk before using such services.

I've used this service before flawlessly, but I still didn't trust it 100%. I deposited $8,000(±) and now it's stuck.

That's alright. I hope I'll get it back, but we'll see!

What worries me more: I don't appear to be the first.

A review from February describes the identical failure mode: BTC deposit confirmed on-chain to a NEAR Intents-generated address, funds still sitting there unmoved, zero credit to the account. Six figures.

And just like that , after few days , another 3,6% profit banked on this account. This time my max DD from starting balance (after last payout )was only 0,1% , because my first trade resulted in a sniper entry .

But housing, there’s nothing you can do.(imo)

How are you going to:
Occupy land at a location with good infrastructure
Have property developers build the house
Maintain the house

& give it away for free? Market just doesn’t work like that. Government too corrupt.
