@ASUCloud @olesovhcom Yes, but my root password is not recognised, I am stuck at the login screen and can’t login. Server not responding to ping. OVH automatic check says Software configuration to be corrected by customer ,
But I didn’t changed any software on it since the incident.

Hopefully we will get back our servers this weekend, it’s been 1 month now in agony.

@Ded3l @olesovhcom Well that’s a little bit confusing since we have another statement in which is stated that the motherboard’s can’t be cleaned and they will add a generic motherboard with an atom so we can extract our data. I know that this are hard times for all of us ...
