“Well, what’s your favourite Chinese cuisine?” He asked softly before a slight tilt on the side, “Not really, I was just looking for… new.. well…” A hesitation, “I guess on the second thoughts, new scenery. What about you?”

The stir in between the cubes and the creamy caffeine made a stop, a sip taken after a light nod from the male. “I see, so you must’ve known where the good coffee beans are around the block, yes? I assume?”

The man glanced at the woman, followed by a dry chuckle at her remarks. “No worries, my psychiatrist won’t haunt me this weekend.” He replied, still with his sheepish grin.
A nod, “I’m new in this neighbourhood, just moved in few blocks away today, what about you?”

“Oh..” Novendra clicks his tongue, “I do have their photographs but the last time I remembered was the print drowned between the fire.” He added, still manage to curve a grin on his lips. “Anyway, it’s Novendra speaking.”

Novendra dislikes horror movies but again, “Huh?” His lips curved a little, a hesitant one. “No—“ Then the male shrugged, “Not really, but well sometimes the crowd lures another cat in but that’s too bad, you should make some space for theatre between your schedules.”
